Project Consortium

The four members of our consortium have a unique joint knowledge in cybersecurity with expertise ranging from research, application, legal and project management. The goal of the consortium is to match technical (TS) and research (SZTAKI) experts with market experts (SI, ORO) to provide a full lifecycle approach to cybersecurity challenges. The consortium is uniquely positioned to:

• Gather key requirements from operational members of the consortium to inform the development.
• Conduct market research, consult with experts, and compare offerings to those of competitors to ensure state of the art.
• Transferring the requirements from the project plan into product needs to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the necessary components and features that the product must have in order to be successful. This step also allows for the project team to accurately assess the resources required to meet the end goal.
• Adopt a best-in-class approach of software development, machine learning, and data privacy, to ensure that the product needs are met with the highest level of security and efficiency. These three disciplines work together to create a comprehensive solution to scoped product challenge, offering an unparalleled level of quality and innovation.
• Collaborate on bringing the innovation to the market with careful planning and a testing framework, in a process aimed to capture potential new ideas and ensure full documentation of capacities and satisfaction of end users.
